About

Lynn McNeil is the founder and CEO of ELKStrategies. She is an agile senior operations, finance and engineering leader with over 25 years of experience with SME's and Start-ups in the high tech and medical device sectors, where she continues to drive and foster process excellence and change readiness.  She is a registered Canadian Digital Advisor with the Canadian Digital Adoption Program.

 

Lynn has held executive and consulting roles in Operations, Finance, Quality, Information Systems, Strategic Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Technology Development.  A strong team builder, she has led advanced technology programs from concept to full production, successful production scale-ups, major facility/capital design and build projects and several full cycle transformational ERP implementations.  She has also managed and optimized global supply chains and has driven operational excellence in manufacturing. Lynn is a past sessional lecturer at McMaster University, focussing on Operations and Production Management, and Advanced Quality methods. 

Lynn is passionate about mentorship and community and has served in many vounteer roles .  She is currently Chair of the Joint  Board of Governors, St. Joseph’s Hamilton where she has served on a number of  committees over the past several years.
